What is your returns policy?
Larry wants you to love your purchase as much as we do.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us for a credit note providing the following conditions are met:
It is essential that you notify us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt of the item you wish to return.
We will reply to you ASAP to confirm the return and give you a time frame in which to send the item back
- All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee
- Sale items, handbags and jewellery are non-refundable
- Goods are returned within 7 business days.
- Goods must be in their original condition, unworn, unused and unwashed.
- Returned items must include all labels and original packaging
- Items that have been worn or damaged will not be refunded
- Shipping cost is non-refundable
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method
- You may return your item for online Store Credit (minus shipping costs)
- Online store credits have a 3 month expiration date
- The items must be returned by Registered Post or by similar traceable means
- International Orders will be refunded by online Store Credit only
- All shipping, customs, duty fees, or any other charges related to shipping & taxes are the customer's responsibility
Making a Return
You can return Merchandise to our online store one of two ways.
Post the item back to us using a method of postage that can be tracked. We cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or missing parcels. All goods are your responsibility until they reach our store. Please make sure adequate postage is included.
To save on postage returns can be made in person to our Fitzroy or Melbourne City stores. Please remember to bring your invoice with you!

What happens if I find my goods are faulty?
We do our best at Larry to ensure our customers receive the highest quality vintage items. Please be aware that as these items are second hand there will be wear and tear on them. If you receive an item that you deem to be faulty please contact us on the phone number below so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Express Postage within Australia $15
International shipping will vary depending on weight. We will inform all international buyers of the exact cost via email.
How soon do you ship?
We post all items within 48 hours of cleared payment.
How long does shipping take?
We post all items between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Parcels within Australia should arrive between 2-5 days from time of post depending on your location and preferred shipping method.
International orders should arrive between 3-15 working days depending on your location. Please be aware (International orders) that we cannot be held responsible for any custom /duty taxes or delays imposed on you within your country.
